WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

We have experience in full service excavation from house cuts to simple footings. We also have experience in digging trenches, creating swales, building ponds and pools, and overburden cuts. Our experience also includes grading and re-sloping for water mitigation, as well as rock preparation for concrete and asphalt. We are experienced in bank and slope erosion control using natural and manufactured methods, production and private timber thinning, clearing and logging, including timber felling and site rehabilitation. Our experience also includes installation of water lines, sewer lines, storm lines, and french drains, as well as conduit for power, and fiber optic or private, including repair of water, sewer and storm lines.

WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?

We are a company built on old school beliefs where a handshake is as good as any contract, and the truth is a word to live by. From the beginning, we don’t require any money until we either have a machine on site, significant delivery of materials, or both. We also won’t ever ask for money before the job is complete, as we operate under good faith and the understanding that the job will get done regardless if it costs us money or significant time we didn’t account for. Coupled with our in-house design services, we can assure that by sticking to a plan, we will get your project done on time and on budget.

We come packed with the knowledge and experience that is necessary to handle any situation you may have, and if we can’t do it ourselves, we our confident that someone in our wide network of contractors and veteran tradesmen will be able to get the job done. Our team is certified, experienced, and professionally trained in a multitude of areas. These areas include but are not limited to timber felling, rigging and lifting loads, installation and repairing techniques of pressure and gravity water and waste systems, as well as being able to safely operate each piece of equipment we work with, and having the knowledge for safe trenching practices.

WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN AND DO YOU WORK WITH SUB-CONTRACTORS?

Though we are very multifaceted, we do specialize in certain areas. One of those areas being trimming, thinning, or cutting down trees.  We also specialize in handling all sizes and types of utilities, primarily water and sewer. This includes everything from municipalities of multiple large towns and cities to privately owned lines in out of the way locations.  We also take lots of pride in our expertise of grading and sloping in rock grade, and we guarantee you haven’t seen gravel so flat and smooth. What we aren’t able to do top notch, our vast network of subcontractors, will. This includes trucking, from dump trucks to log trucks.  We also come with the right connections to get material delivered or hauled away promptly. Our surface crew can handle anything from large saw cutting operations of asphalt or concrete, to pouring on top of subgrade for patios, roads, driveways and patching. We can also get your walls up. When we sub out something so crucial as a foundation or retaining wall, we only trust the best concrete builders and masons. We also have excellent connections for restoration, from high end landscapers to hydroseeding.

WHAT LICENSE AND BONDING DO YOU HAVE?

Our company operates with integrity and lawfulness, which is why we make sure to stay legal and updated with the federal government. We hold WA state general contractors bond of $12,000. We have a general contractors license with Washington state and are insured for $2 million per occurrence. All of our vehicles and equipment carries insurance as well.
